SILVER SPONSORSHIP:

A Gold, Silver, or Bronze Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration includes 2-people attending the sessions, an 8’ x 10’ space, skirted table, 2  chairs, wastebasket, electricity, breaks, and lunches.


Additional company representatives can attend at a rate of $150 each. Exhibit spaces are allocated and assigned according to the level of the company sponsorship and date the registration is received. Confirmation will be provided to each company.



ADDITIONAL SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS

BREAKFAST SPONSOR: $500, includes recognition on web site, at conference and signage on breakfast table.
PROGRAM SPONSOR: $350, includes recognition at conference and logo on program.
COFFEE BREAK SPONSOR: $250, includes recognition at conference and signage on breakfast table.


NOTE: These sponsorship options do not include complimentary registration for the Annual Meeting.




CANCELLATION POLICY

Fees will be refunded, or invoices will be adjusted, only if written notice of cancellation is received two weeks prior to the workshop.  In the event of cancellation, MNCHA will retain or charge $20 of the initial registration fee per registrant to cover administrative overhead. Once written cancellation is received, a staff member will review for approval. If your cancellation is approved, we will email back a signed and dated copy of the cancellation that your agency should retain on file in case of questions.
