Paul Finamore 

Labor and Employment Attorney, PK Law

Paul Finamore is a Member in PK Law’s Labor and Employment Group. Mr. Finamore regularly counsels employers on employment issues, workplace policies, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. He began practicing in employment law while serving on active duty in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate Generals Corps at Aberdeen Proving Ground. In addition to his labor and employment practice, Mr. Finamore is an experienced trial lawyer who has practiced in state and federal courts throughout Maryland and the District of Columbia for over 30 years. Mr. Finamore’s experience includes litigation of general and profession liability matters, including first and third party insurance claims; and the defense of employment litigation claims.

Mr. Finamore has lectured extensively on employment and litigation law topics throughout his career. He is rated AV-Preeminent® by Martindale-Hubbell, awarded by peer review, for the highest standards of professional skill and ethics. Matthew Auman

Matthew is a founding principal of HomeCentris Healthcare and its Chief Executive Officer. He is responsible for directing the leadership team of the HomeCentris companies as well as developing and executing the longer term strategic vision. 

Before forming HomeCentris to focus on home-based healthcare, Matthew was in the post-acute and skilled nursing industry where he served as a founding principal and the Chief Operating Officer for Encore Healthcare, LLC, a multi-state skilled nursing and specialty hospital provider. During his tenure at Encore, Matthew built and managed a team of executives which oversaw operations, clinical services, human resources, therapy services, clinical reimbursement and risk management. Under Matthew direction, Encore grew from a 12-facility portfolio to a 31-facility portfolio. 


Prior to joining Encore, Matthew was in the post-acute and skilled nursing industry where he served as a founding principal and the Chief Operating Officer for Encore Healtcare, LLC, a multi-state skilled nursing and specialty hospital provider. Greg Weiner 

Corporate Healthcare M&A and Tax Attorney, PK Law

Greg Weiner practices in the areas of corporate and business law.  In addition to his law degree, he received an LL.M. in Taxation from the Georgetown University Law Center. He advises clients on business formation, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, financing, business disputes, and tax matters.

Greg’s clients are primarily in the healthcare and professional services industries. They include outpatient healthcare practices, urgent care companies, nursing homes, home healthcare companies, accounting and law firms, professional consulting companies, and technology services companies.

A significant portion of Greg’s practice is the representation of clients in mergers and acquisitions.  He frequently represents companies being acquired in roll-up transactions and where there is a significant private equity investor on the buyer team.

Prior to practicing law, Greg was a physical therapist and managed several outpatient facilities.
