Homecare Association
In partnership with MNCHA, Dr. Chanee Fabius is launching a new "Insight-to-Impact Home Care Learning Collaborative" to improve collaboration with Residential Service Agencies (RSAs), better support clients and families, and enhance the opportunity for personal care providers to engage in meaningful research. The Collaborative will bring together agency administrators, industry leaders, and researchers to strengthen the bridge between everyday home care practice and meaningful evidence generation.
Home care agencies are often described as the “backbone” or “eyes and ears” of personal care services but remain excluded from patient-entered clinical effectiveness research (CER). During this webinar, Dr. Fabius will provide a high-level overview of CER and explore why it’s critical to consider the role that RSAs play in affecting patient and family outcomes. She will introduce the intended goals and proposed activities of the Home Care Learning Collaborative so that MNCHA members can gauge their participation interest and understand the next steps & timeline to apply.
If you are an RSA owner, Administrator, Director of Nursing and/or Human Resources leader and your agency provides personal care services (regardless of the payer source), this is a tremendous opportunity to meaningfully contribute to patient-centered research in home care and build community-level relationships!
